Andrzej Kosior 

A long-time employee of the Department of Civil Affairs and Foreigners of the Podkarpackie Voivodship Office in Rzeszów. A civil service official since 2008. In the years 2009 - 2016 I held managerial functions, among others deputy director of the department. I also acted as plenipotentiary of the Podkarpacki Governor for National and Ethnic Minorities. By managing a team of nearly ninety people, I was co-responsible for the implementation of matters related to foreigners and migration policy in the Podkarpackie Voivodship.

I was also responsible for the implementation of broadly understood civil matters, which included, in particular, tasks related to the issuing of passport documents, tasks regarding Polish citizenship, supervision of registration of civil status and change of first and last names, population records including registration matters and personal ID cards. I participated in many courses and trainings in the field of human resources management, personal data protection and administrative law. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, where I defended my master's thesis in the field of labor law and postgraduate studies at the Cracow University of Economics in the field of real estate appraisal. I am a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Rzeszów.
